It is often a very fine line between success or failure in new businesses.

In this module we will try and thicken that line so that you are can learn the lessons from the past.

We will look at the most common reasons for business failure and compare them with the most common reasons for success.

We will explore the background and explain what terms such as 'cash flow' and 'overtrading' really mean.

Businesses can fail because they are too successful - make sure that it doesn't happen to you!
